Brandon and I decided that we needed to get away one last time before the little dude arrives. 

We knew we couldn't go far being only 2 weeks before my due date so we chose La Quinta. 

Little did we know our hotel was 2 miles from stagecoach so the place was loaded with cowboys and girls in really short jean shorts, but we still managed to enjoy ourselves. 

We stayed at the amazing La Quinta Resort and Spa 

I kept telling Brandon it was like staying at an adult summer camp because the grounds were so pretty that no one really left. 

There was a coffee shop, lots of restaurants, 17 tennis courts ( for real) and lots and lots of pools. 

We had a great time and we know that it will probably be the last time we pack just two bags and are able to get up and go somewhere spur of the moment- so we savored each minute. 

But we are SO-SO-SO ready for our man to make his appearance now. 

We are officially on baby watch 2011. 

As of today we are 8 days from due date. Shall we start a pool?
